Associate Chiropractor
Full time opening for a licensed Maryland DC Associate Chiropractor with supervisory privileges. We are a problem-focused, soft tissue and rehab-oriented practice that provides a full range of services individually designed to rapidly resolve injuries, restore function, and improve performance. Our Chiropractors are recognized as soft tissue experts in the field and continue to stay abreast of the latest clinical research and innovative treatment procedures for musculoskeletal conditions and injuries; including, but not limited to: Workers’ Compensation and Personal Injury. Previous Chirotouch experience is preferred, but not required.
Responsibilities Include:
- Documentation of patient encounters each visit
- Perform re-evaluations of chief complaints when applicable
- Create and periodically update treatment plans for each patient
- Clinical discretion for specialist and/or imaging referrals when applicable
- Ability to submit documentation to insurance carriers for commencement/continuance of care
- Coordination with front desk/CA staff to maintain and uphold patient treatment plans
- Clinical discretion to apply physiotherapeutic modalities, therapeutic exercises, or passive therapies as needed

Medical Billing Specialist
Growing, multi-location chiropractic office seeking a Billing Associate. Our ideal candidate is detailed oriented, self-motivated, and can thrive in a fast-paced work environment; must also be an independent problem solver with good communication skills. Knowledge of CPT codes, ICD-10, and EOBs/ERAs is required. Please have excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize. Hours are Monday – Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, no weekends. This is not a remote work position, all work is located at our Park Heights Avenue location. Previous experience with Workers’ Compensation and/or Personal Injury is a plus.
Position responsibilities include:
- Working knowledge of insurance AR cycles for commercial, auto and workers’ compensation payers
- Accurate and efficient payment postings
- Knowledge of EoBs/EoRs
- Efficient and accurate data entry
- Filing appeals and resolving payment denials
- Professional communication and phone skills
- Ability to resolve patient and attorney questions and concerns
Requirements:
- High School Diploma
- Microsoft Office experience required
- Previous medical office experience preferred

Front Desk/CA
We are in search of a friendly, energetic, and hard-working, addition to complete our staff. We provide on-the-job training to become a licensed Chiropractic Assistant. Experience with computers and customer service is a plus. Fluent bilingual Spanish/English skills are preferred but not required.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule appointments by phone and follow up appointments in person.
- Accurately update and maintain Chiropractors schedules.
- Collect patient insurance information and independently verify patient benefits
- Collect co-pays from patients.
- Assist doctors in the overall care and management of patients.
- Escort patients to each treatment area
- Take vitals of each patient and record medical history.
- Check on patients undergoing unattended treatment.
- Supervise/instruct exercises as directed by the Doctor.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to work in our office. Remote work is not an option.
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Prolonged periods of periods of standing and bending.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.
